Due to some bad experiences and terrible work practices from the Mortgage Company (Cross Country Mortgage, DO NOT USE) that experience was terrible. But Iveliz worked with me and we continued our search. We came across other properties but we finally decided on one. Iveliz went right to work and began the process.
